  • Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

  • All orders include tracking.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive the package if necessary.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

  • Vintage Handhelds is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If a package is lost in transit and confirmed as such by the carrier, we will assist with filing a claim when applicable.

  • Vintage Handhelds is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Stolen Mail & Delivered Packages

  • Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

  • Vintage Handhelds is not responsible for stolen, missing, or tampered packages after delivery.

  • We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location or requesting carrier hold or signature confirmation if theft is a concern.

  • Claims related to stolen mail should be reported to the shipping carrier and local authorities.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • Vintage Handhelds is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
